I recognize that there is risk involved in the types of activities offered by the WAREHOUSE. Therefore I accept financial responsibility for any injury that I may cause either to myself or to any other participant due to his/her negligence.
I understand that the programs & classes offered by WAREHOUSE are of a nature & kind that are extremely strenuous & can/may push me to the limits of my physical abilities.
I hereby grant the WAREHOUSE permission to use my photograph/video in any & all publications for promotions, social media or website entries.
I shall respect all WAREHOUSE rules & regulations along with any group classes &/or PT sessions.
Timeliness is a must – as late arrivals won’t be allowed into an ongoing session.
All smartphones need to be on silent to avoid any distractions during class time.
Food is prohibited, only water or energy drinks are allowed.

PERSONAL TRAINERS AGREEMENT
30 mins setup before group classes or sessions 30 mins prior safety check
Respect booking system
Uniform during classes or PT sessions
Coaches to inform management of any issues with clients
Any relationships between clients and coaches within the facility is forbidden
PERSONAL TRAINING AGREEMENT PT SESSIONS OPTIONS:
12 sessions (1 free cancellation pass)
24 sessions (2 free cancellation passes) 36 sessions (4 free cancellation passes)
FREE CANCELLATION PASS RULES:
1 pass: 100 burpees
2 passes: 100 burpees + 1 K rowing
3 passes: 100 burpees + 1 K rowing + 1 K skier
4 passes: 100 burpees + 1 K rowing + 1 K skier + 30 cals bike
*No Excuses! 😉 CANCELLATION:
Clients have 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a PT session on an agreeable time and date
Clients who cancel or reschedule 12 hours prior to the session will be on the coach’s availability
Clients who cancel in less that 12 hours with no excuse pay full price of the session ( will count from your selected package)
